Our success has been built on a simple insight: Clients are best served by talented people who love what they do and how they work. Our award-winning culture has gathered an unrivalled team in which individuals are celebrated. It has also attracted and embraced an enviable mix of clients from around the world.
Keltie’s recruits are welcomed into a modern, forward-thinking firm in which hard work and reward go hand-in-hand with satisfaction and enjoyment. Our open, collaborative environment encourages everyone to contribute to our shared success.
"One of the special things about working at Keltie is the variety of clients and attorneys you work for. If you are thinking of applying to Keltie, do it!” That’s Samantha’s advice, who has worked at Keltie for nine years. She has a young family and enjoys the flexible working environment.
At Keltie, people make the difference. Keltie supports attorneys in their progression and development. Jason’s goal was to develop his networking skills, and he has attended European conferences. Jason explains, “At the same time, I've been trusted to go out there and do the work.
Sullivan talks about how, as a senior attorney, he works with less experienced colleagues and gets a sense of satisfaction from seeing them grow up through their professional lives and become fully autonomous attorneys. He says, “It feels like yesterday I was in the same position!
“The great thing is that after so many years, I still wake up with drive and enthusiasm to start my day at Keltie,” says Maria, who has worked at Keltie for 17 years. Maria values the team culture, and if you have the energy and enthusiasm, you’ll find teamwork to support you.
Jesús explains why he loves being a paralegal. “We don't have differences between fee earners, attorneys, and paralegals. That makes us feel like we are part of the same team, and it's really appreciated here at Keltie.” He adds, “Whether you are an attorney or a paralegal, your voice is always going to be heard.”
“Keltie is a good employer because they listen,” says Danielle. Her advice for people is to come ready to learn. She says, “There is a lot of work to be done, but enjoyment to get out of that process. Every day there is something different to learn, and I love it.”
Thank you
