Eleni Mezulanik will be attending this year's MARQUES Annual Conference held in The Hague. MARQUES has confirmed that the sessions will focus on IP changes in an international context covering topics such as the impact of external factors on IP, sustainability, international jurisdiction in trade mark litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, brand revivals and topical CJEU and EU General Court decisions.
