The educational sessions will cover key developments in trademark law and best practices in brand protection. Also look for sessions on a wide range of additional current topics, including managing well-known marks in challenging times, sustainable destruction of counterfeit goods in light of new European Union regulations, Artificial Intelligence and misappropriation of a name, image, and likeness, the use of IP as collateral, and more. Speakers will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and skills to lead your organization through these and many other trademark and brand-related issues.
