About Molly

Molly graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2024 with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, achieving distinction. During this time, she studied a wide range of topics such as tissue mechanics, clinical and sports biomechanics, and biomedical instrumentation and electronics.

Her research explored biomechanical measures of stability for quantifying The Knee Santy Athletic Return to Sports (K-STARTS) protocol, helping to monitor the recovery of patients post anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and reduce the rate of re-rupture.

The research was in partnership with the orthopaedic surgery department at NHS Lanarkshire.

 

In 2024, Molly joined the engineering team at Keltie as a Patent Assistant.
