Ayesha joined Keltie in January 2024. Her responsibilities consist of conducting trade mark searches, advising clients on their trade mark rights and handling contentious matters. Since entering the profession, she has worked with clients in various industries.
Ayesha graduated from City University of London with an Honours degree in Law in 2017 and completed the LLM LPC in 2018. She gained experience in a law firm that specialises in aviation, maritime and residential property before deciding to move to the trade mark industry. Ayesha has over 4 years of experience in the IP industry and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2023.

Keltie turns 35: A look back at the journey so far with Sean CummingsSean Cummings joined the IP profession in 1986 after graduating with a degree in Engineering Science and Industrial Management. He qualified as a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney in 1992. Sean is also a Trade Mark Attorney qualified to act before the EU, UK and Irish Intellectual Property Offices, and a Professional Representative before the EU's new Unified Patent Court.
