About Maria

Maria is responsible for HR Administration, working alongside other members of the HR team at Keltie. Maria is involved in all aspects of HR such as recruitment and onboarding, benefits, payroll and absence administration, preparing and amending HR documents, communicating with external partners, and forming and updating employee records and HR databases.

Maria originally joined Keltie in 2011 as part of the Front of House Reception Team, where she was involved in developing and training junior members of staff as well as providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients, guests and staff at Keltie.  In 2016 Maria left Keltie for new adventures. Circumstances for Maria changed at the end of 2019 meaning she was available to re-join us, transitioning into current role in the HR team.

 

HR is a new arena for Maria.  As a strong communicator, who is very people orientated, Maria is very happy to be part of this great team, making sure all aspects of the HR team run smoothly and providing advice and assistance in whatever way she can.
