Alex heads up Keltie’s Trade Mark Services team, leading a team of Trade Mark Administrators and Trade Mark Paralegals. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the support function and delivering high-quality support to both Trade Mark Attorneys and clients. Alex is involved in a broad range of trade mark matters, including worldwide filing and recordal projects, due diligence, watching services, searches, portfolio management, client onboarding, and worldwide trade mark filings. He also acts as a key liaison between clients, overseas associates and attorneys, helping to ensure the seamless management of global trade mark portfolios.
Alongside his client-facing responsibilities, Alex plays an active role in people development, business development, and process improvement initiatives. He is heavily involved with the design and development of in-house IPMS workflows and AI tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery across the Trade Marks practice.
Since joining Keltie in 2016, Alex has built nearly ten years' experience in the intellectual property profession. He completed the CITMA Paralegal course in 2020 and is a member of the CITMA Paralegal Events Working Group.
