What we are doing at Keltie

The development team, of which you will be an integral part, is using Blazor Web Assembly with ASP Core and Entity Framework for our in-house applications. We also implement solutions using Azure Form Recognition, Power Automate and Azure Functions, but understand technology is always evolving and will select the best toolset for the job. We also integrate with IP, Document Management and 'People and Talent' systems.

 

What we are looking for

You’ll primarily be a developer, spending most of your time in Visual Studio and Power Automate. Secondly you’ll be a technologist. You'll be bringing ideas, designing solutions from the ground up and be an integral part of the Technology Team. The role is varied, one day you might be writing code for our in-house systems. Another you might be sitting down with a Partner to do some BA on how you can save them time. Then lending your expertise to the wider team by sitting in demos of software we are looking to purchase.

 

We do require at least three years’ experience in a development role, we use C#, you will have knowledge and experience of SOLID principles, Design Patterns and Unit Testing. You will be able to talk technical in a non-technical way, and understand non-technical requirements and turn them into technical specifications.

 

It would be great if you could also bring some skills you have gained with Azure, the Power Platform, and SQL. Experience working within the legal industry and an understanding of common legal applications would be an advantage.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a C# development role writing clean, scalable code using SOLID principles and OOD
  • Experience of web front-end development
  • Knowledge of design and consumption of API technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a small distributed team

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Blazor
  • Power Platform (especially Power Automate)
  • SQL
  • Azure CI/CD Pipelines
  • Integrating with external systems
  • IP Systems/Document Management Experience
