We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist Administrator with excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills, who makes a great impression and sets a positive tone. The role holder is often the “first point of contact” clients, callers, prospects and visitors have with our business brand. Working as a part of our small Administration team, the main purpose of the role is to ensure that all contacts encounter the best possible experience at our offices, events and on telephone or video calls. The role will also involve offering business development administrative support to fee earners.
