We are seeking a self-assured Receptionist Administrator with excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills, who makes a great impression and sets a positive tone. The role holder is often the first point of contact clients, callers, prospects and visitors have with our business brand. Initiative, assertiveness and self-reliance are critical. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all contacts encounter the best possible experience at our offices, events and on telephone or video calls. The role will also involve administrative support to Partners, Attorneys and Formalities. This is an office-based role, 5 days per week (9.00am to 5.30pm).
