About Joseph

Joseph joined Keltie’s Engineering team in 2021 after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. In his 4 years at university, Joseph’s studies covered areas including Advanced Mechanics, Advanced Dynamics, Advanced Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Aero Propulsion, materials studies, and Design Engineering. Joseph’s dissertation project focussed on methods in machine learning for structural health monitoring of engineering structures.

At Keltie, a significant proportion of Joseph’s work is related to technologies aimed at renewable energy in different sectors, from the automotive sector to power production. For some of his time at Keltie he has worked  as a Secondee, during which he conducted activities in management of patent portfolios across different territories and assisted in patent mining activities.

 

Prior to joining Keltie he spent time working in-house as an Intellectual Property Management Intern. 

 

Joseph is based in Keltie’s London office and is currently working towards becoming a qualified UK and European Patent Attorney.
