We do not attach assistants to particular partners, or support staff to particular teams: everyone is encouraged to offer their abilities across the firm. Many of our support staff hold degrees and professional qualifications in their fields. From the way they receive clients who visit us to the way they handle enquiries, our support people take real pride in what they do. When deadlines have to be met, no question: everyone stays late if a client needs us to. A client may only deal with one of us, but all of us are there in the background.
