Charlotte assists with the filing and prosecution of UK and Community trade mark and design applications. She regularly conducts clearance searches, has been involved in preparing filing strategies and has assisted in revocation and invalidity actions before the UK IPO.
She is currently working towards qualifying as a registered trade mark attorney.

Career history
Charlotte joined Keltie in 2008 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Law. As part of her degree she undertook a module in intellectual property law, which included the study of trade marks, copyright, patents and confidential information.
