Gary works within Keltie's Records department and has specific responsibility for dealing with incoming post and faxes; management of diary system entries and updates; new applications; incoming EP(UK) validations; setting up new files; preparation of UKIPO daily filing, and generation of portfolio reports.

Career history
Gary joined Keltie in 2007, having previously spent over fourteen years at two other patent firms. In Gary's first position in the patent profession, he spent twelve years working at RWS where he conducted file inspections, status checks and patent watching services. He then spent over two years at a London firm of patent and trade mark attorneys, gaining varied experience in formalities from filing through to grant. Gary passed the CIPA Certificate in Patent Administration in 2006.
