Patents- Technical Assistant, Chemistry and Materials Science
We are looking to continue to develop the high quality work of our well-respected chemistry and materials science practice group. We would like to recruit a further patent attorney in training with 1 to 2 years relevant experience, preferably including qualification or exemption at Foundation level.
The successful candidate will be fully involved in providing commercially relevant advice to our large client base. We pride ourselves on combining technical excellence, legal skill and commercial awareness in order to give the best advice to our clients. Trade Mark Formalities Assistant - Records Department
Our busy trade mark Records department requires an assistant with at least 2 years’ previous experience and sound working knowledge of all trade mark formalities from filing through to registration. Experience of working in a team, together with excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
Trade Marks Senior Administrator - Records
We are also seeking a Senior Administrator for our trade marks Records department. Candidates should have at least 4 years' experience and a sound working knowledge of all trade mark formalities from filing through to registration. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of the Inprotech IP Management System will be advantageous but not a prerequisite. Likewise, having obtained or be working toward your ITMA Administrators' qualification will also be beneficial.
