Preparing the ground

Keltie's trade mark work starts with clearance searching. This is where we put our commercial approach on the line. It is all too easy to see nothing but obstacles, and to say no to a mark. Easy, but lazy.

We know that clients often have a commitment to the marks they ask us to search. If a way forward can be found, it is up to us to find it. We are adept at penetrating the fog of the trade mark registers, plotting the real risks, charting a path around them, and then advancing. We do deals when we can and we fight for position when we cannot.
